How it works

Oligio uses monopolar capacitive radiofrequency (RF) energy, delivered through a single active electrode. The energy travels deeply through the skin toward a grounding pad, allowing uniform heat distribution in the deeper dermal layers. This advanced technology enables efficient energy coupling while keeping the skin surface protected.

The RF energy encounters natural tissue resistance, it converts into controlled thermal energy, gently heating collagen-rich layers of the skin. This process causes immediate collagen fiber contraction, resulting in visible tightening, while simultaneously triggering the body’s natural regenerative response without damaging the epidermis.

Over the following weeks, fibroblasts are stimulated to produce new collagen and elastin. Existing collagen fibers reorganize and strengthen, leading to progressive skin tightening, improved elasticity, and smoother texture, with results continuing to improve for up to 3–6 months after treatment.
